Efforts focus on the increasing importance of consumer-driven healthcare through individual plan enrollment as well as major shifts in healthcare consumerism expected as part of the Affordable Care Act of 2010, more commonly referred to as the Healthcare Reform Act. Formulating plans for launching and managing state-based health insurance exchanges, as well as measuring the need for private exchange offerings.
